WinFtp Server helps you to establish specific "access rights" for users and groups, so they'll only have read/write/delete/append privileges to select files and directories. You can set upload and download ratios (great for exchanging MP3), offer free files and set speed limits of file transfers. The program interface lets you monitor all activity that occurs on your site. You can view information on users that log in, chat with them and ban or eject users who abuse their privileges. WinFtp Server generates log files and presents detailed user and file transfer statistics.
