Saga MP3 Cutter is a powerful and easy-to-use batch cutter. It supports MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG cutting. You can cut a piece from a big audio file and then convert it to an MP3, WAV, WMA or OGG file. Add the files you want to cut from, set start-time and end-time for every file, then click "Cut". The files will be cut and converted one by one. Cut with high precision and no quality loss! It is real time encoding/decoding, no disk space will be used when cutting audio files.

With the small, built in ID3-tag editor you can edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created files. There is also a small player built in so you can set start-time and end-time just when listening to the song. Visually define the time you want to cut at by using the slider bar.
