IconEdit2 is a TrueColor icon editor for Windows that supports ICO,ICL,EXE,DLL,BMP and JPEG file formats.

IconEdit2 enables you to open/extract/convert your icons. It can save your work to TrueColour or 16-colour 32x32 or 16x16 ICO, as well as BMP or JPEG files. Allows painting, undo/redo, and the ability to search for icons in your files and capture any 32x32 or 16x16 screen area.
