Delegator has been developed for line managers and those who coordinate and manage the activities of others. Delegator helps you track the many diverse assignments you give to people, plan workloads for staff, communicate priorities and expectations, and review staff performance over time.

Unlike other project management software, Delegator is focused on the needs of the line manager over the project specialist. It's designed to help manage a wide variety of often unrelated assignments and the people who carry them out.
