Description

Mortgage Advisor provides extensive mortgage calculations and analysis. You can calculate the mortgage payment, the amount, the period over which the mortgage will be paid or the interest rate.

One of the best features is it's ability to analyze the effects of additional payments on your mortgage. Sometimes it's possible to reduce the interest cost of your mortgage by many thousands of pounds by making a small additional payment per month.

The program includes a Mortgage Schedule that shows a summary of your mortgage period by period, total interest, capital reduction, outstanding balance, accumulated interest and capital over the period of the mortgage.

The Mortgage grid shows a range of amounts and interest rates around the values you have entered so that you can see the effect of increasing/decreasing the total amount and changing interest rates on your monthly repayment.

Other features include eight types of interest compounding and repayment periods and pie-charts.
