To protect your client's privacy, myClients is password protected with it's own integral password system. Without the correct password, no one can get past the initial screen!

Clients - Stores information about your clients: SS#, contact info, gender, age, clients plan, group number, co-pay and plan payment amounts, approval code, number of approved sessions, number of scheduled sessions, number of remaining approved sessions.

Plans - Stores information about your client's plan: plan name, address, web address, member services phone number, pre-certification phone number.

Sessions - Stores information about your client's sessions: client, session number, co-pay amount and whether it was received, plan payment amount and whether it was received, session date, start time, end time, reminder alarm setting.

Reports - 12 detailed reports available.
