This small, effective, and easy to use utility will keep your ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection active. Many ISP's disconnect you after several minutes of inactivity.

It can be configured to emulate activity so you are not disconnected. It also has a synchronize function to set your system clock with one of several Internet Time servers. A feature also eliminates annoying pop-up dialogs.

Users with special client software (AOL) cannot use ABSON's auto dial-in feature, but can connect using the ISP software as usual, then run ABSON. If pop-up dialogs appear, don't reply, just drag the little hand icon in ABSON onto the button you need to click in the pop-up dialog.
