HomeGallery lets you use your voice to navigate your image collection.

After organizing your images into Collections and Categories you can tell your computer which ones to go to simply be speaking the name of these Collections, Categories, or the name of a given image. i.e. Saying "Category Fine Art" takes you to that category and displays the first image where you can then give direct commands like "Next" to move to the next image. You can also say things like "Interval One Day" to have an image change at specified intervals.

The program has two way communication. As you navigate your collection using your voice, HomeGallery describes images, indicates the current Collection/Category/Image, confirms commands, and does the "You Say, Computer Says" option. i.e. Say "Describe Image" or "Describe Collection" to have the computer read a description, use Text-to-Speech or describe it by replaying a .wav file.

The combination of music along with certain photos or works of art have a synergetic effect as they both enhance each other to make the combination a wonderful experience. HomeGallery supports this experience by playing your mp3 files as images or categories of images are displayed. You set the music to be played with the corresponding images or categories.
