Famtree is easy to use genealogy software - just complete an on-screen form for each individual in your family, and link people into family groups with a few clicks of the mouse, then you are ready to: display and print ancestry (pedigree) charts, traditional family trees, find precise relationship between individuals in your file, display and print address lists including information sheets about individuals in your file, save data and trees into text or bitmap files for use in wordprocessing or graphics programs, save charts and trees as html web pages and much more.

Famtree also includes a special foreign name feature - an extra name field which can use a different font or language to the rest of your data - it can be used, for example, by Jewish genealogists to store Hebrew names using Hebrew characters typing from right to left, or to input names in Greek or any other font available on your computer.
