pdfFactory provides an inexpensive and simple method of creating compact and accurate pdf files. Any program with a print button can be used with pdfFactory. You can also drag and drop batches of files to be converted to pdfs.

In pdfFactoryPro you can create bookmarks automatically, based on fonts found in the original document. For example, if all your section headings are in Arial 15pt, pdfFactory can automatically create bookmarks of the text whenever it finds this font. Because pdfFactory has a preview screen you can also manually add bookmarks - or correct the bookmarks - by mouse clicking on pages in the preview.

The preview stage also makes it easy to combine separate documents into a single pdf, adding blank pages if necessary as separators. All the fonts used in the document are listed at the preview stage for you to embed any that you wish. You can influence the final pdf file size by specifying the degree of compression to use in any bitmaps contained in the pdf.
