FruitfulTime TaskManager has a very simple yet powerful user interface. You can split your tasks into multiple subtasks to make a task more manageable. This helps you manage your time more effectively. Tasks and subtasks can be assigned a priority, status, start and end date, progress, and tags.

In each task you can write notes related to that task in a powerful notepad that supports formatting using different fonts, colours, and styles. You can also insert pictures from your local disk drive or copy and paste from the internet. The notes you assign to a task can be exported for use or editing in Microsoft Word, for example. The notes can also be printed directly from FruitfulTime TaskManager.

You can include links to related documents both available on your computer or on the internet, which are somehow related to the current task. This helps you keep stuff which you need to accomplish a task close by where you really need it. If you are working on a task as part of a team, or you need to finish off an assignment with study mates, it is easy to add their contact details with the relevant task for easy access.

To each task or subtask you can optionally assign a start date and a due date through a visual calendar or manually, as you prefer. These dates can then be used to sort and filter you tasks, and set reminders so you never forget about a task. When you have a long to do list and are juggling a lot of stuff, filtering comes in handy to focus on the tasks that really matter at that point in time.

Forgetting tasks is something of the past. With the reminders feature you can configure reminders on the important tasks you have. You can choose to be reminded one day, three days, one week, two weeks or a month before a task's start or due date.
